“Team Building is the process of strengthening bonds between members of a group for the purpose of more efficiently achieving the group’s goals.

Activities that promote team building can be as informal and casual as a shared meal, or as formally structured as a session led by a facilitator.

Through the thought of those words above, Shengfu Corporation decided to had their team building to improve the co-workers’ relationship inside the company. It will be a big help for every department to resolved each misunderstanding, remove the gap with each other, build more connection within the area and of course to learn and discover something new.

It was held in Shercon Resort in Lipa City, Batangas last June 8, 2019 with the activities like Zipline and Rapelling for self-confidence activity, Human Tank, Ladder Ball, Pipe Ball Relay, Speed Stacks and Labyrinth for the dynamic team building and Blow the Ball, Fill me up and Submarine for the water activities.
